Cloud saves are the game's way of storing your game progress online. This way, if you want to play the game on different devices on the same platform, the game will load the progress from the online cloud and you can pick up right where you left off from your previous device.

Please know that an internet connection is required to utilize cloud saves. As the game does not currently support cross-platform saves, you can only access your cloud saves from the same platform. For example: PS5 saves on PS5 versions of the game, Steam cloud saves can only be accessed on Steam versions (such as PC or Steamdeck), and so on.
