To reduce motion sickness, we recommend playing with the "Motion sickness mode" enabled. This is surfaced upon first launching the game, but can also be accessed from the "Gameplay" tab in the Settings menu.

Motion sickness mode will reduce the lens distortion effect, head bobbing, camera & UI shake, HUD animations and dash effects.

You can also increase your Field Of View from the "Graphics" tab in the settings menu.

We also recommend checking your TV, monitor settings, and ensuring that your PC's display settings are working as intended. We recommend setting your display to 60-120Hz.

For Switch 2 players, playing the game in docked mode will reduce motion sickness.

Lastly, we recommend taking regular breaks, as seen in the safety guidelines.
