For PC Players, please ensure you have "verified file integrity" through Steam as well as ensuring you have the latest CPU & GPU drivers installed.

Alternatively please consider adjusting your gameplay graphics / quality settings or "disabling V-Sync" to fix the issue.

For Console Players consider swapping from "Quality Mode preset" to "Performance Mode"
