If you missed some clues or a side quest, you will have to reload from an earlier save in order to attempt a level again while gathering clues and completing objectives.

Collectibles like Newspapers, Baseball cards, and comics that can be found in a level will be available in the shop for you to purchase if you weren't able to pick them up during a level. However, the figurine collectibles will not show up in the shop for purchase if you were not able to collect them through exploration.
